My massage technique is deeply intuitive, combining a variety of lighter touch and deep tissue work to promote relaxation and help the mind and body recover from tension and stress.  I am specifically interested in how Ayurvedic medicine and functional medicine contribute to health and wellness. 

I believe that balance is essential. As an example, I enjoy activities that balance out my work such as running, dancing and yoga. I try to eat with the seasons and occationally create natural herbal medicines and cherish times with family and friends. Furthermore, I honor the cyclical rhythms of life, embracing and celebrating each turn of the season, both on a yearly basis and throughout the course of a lifetime.

This holistic approach to life, paired with my intuitive massage practice, empowers me to not only promote relaxation and healing but also inspire others to embrace a balanced, fulfilling life journey.

This is my intention when I work with you.
